Strong and comprehensive liquor knowledge is mandatory.
Excellent knowledge of trending cocktails, mocktails, and mixology.
Robust understanding of bar operations and industry standards.
Menu planning, beverage costing, inventory & stock management.
Vendor coordination and procurement of bar-related products.
Maintain quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.
Train and supervise bartenders and bar staff.
Develop innovative beverage concepts and seasonal menus.
Monitor beverage sales, wastage, and profitability.
Positive knowledge of bar equipment, techniques, and presentation.
Robust leadership, communication, and team-management skills.

Qualifications:
WSET certification preferred.
BHM / B.Sc. in Hospitality or equivalent qualification.
Relevant experience in a reputed hospitality/restaurant environment.

Preference: Candidates from Mumbai preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
