Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations and employee-related activities in the education sector. The candidate will be responsible for payroll, HR policies, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and overall employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle.
Handle monthly payroll processing, salary coordination, attendance, leave, and deductions.
Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, rules, and company procedures.
Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters.
Conduct employee engagement activities, events, and team-building programs.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
Support performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Coordinate onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.




Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with management and department heads on HR-related matters.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and workforce-related updates.
Identify employee development and training requirements.
Promote a positive and professional workplace culture.

Requirements
3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the Education / EdTech sector.
Robust knowledge of payroll, HR operations, employee engagement, and HR policies.
Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle employees across multiple departments.
Robust knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance.
Graduation/MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹54,642.55 per month
