Ensure quality control and quality assurance for pipeline installation and related activities.
Conduct inspections as per approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and project requirements.
Monitor pipeline fabrication, erection, welding, fit-up, and testing activities.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and client representatives for quality-related activities.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports, checklists, NCRs, and other QA/QC documentation.
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Monitor material quality and ensure proper identification and traceability.
Participate in hydro testing, pressure testing, and other relevant pipeline testing activities.
Identify quality issues and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality requirements.
