Position: House Manager

Location: Bhandup west, Mumbai

Employment Type: Full time (8AM-8 PM)

Reporting To: Owner

Role Overview:

The House Manager will be responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning, maintenance, and day-to-day operations of a private residence. This role requires a highly organized, service-oriented professional who can manage household staff, vendors, and ensure high standards of comfort and efficiency within the home.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all household operations, maintenance, and upkeep.
Supervise and coordinate household staff (chef, housekeeping, drivers, gardeners, etc.).
Manage vendor relationships for repairs, maintenance, and supplies.
Maintain household budgets, inventory, and expense tracking.
Ensure property cleanliness, security, and overall presentation.
Coordinate events, guest stays,



and travel arrangements as needed.
Handle household scheduling, deliveries, and administrative tasks.
Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and qualified decorum at all times.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a House Manager, Estate Manager, or similar role.
Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Proficiency in household budgeting and vendor management.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with minimal supervision.
Preferred: Background in hospitality or luxury property management.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
