We are hiring International Voice Process Executives for a customer support role in Coimbatore. Freshers with good English communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Understand customer queries and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
Update customer information in the system/CRM.
Follow process guidelines and quality standards.
Escalate complex queries when required.

Requirements
12th Pass / Diploma / Any Graduate.
Freshers are welcome; 0–1 year experience is an advantage.
Positive spoken English and listening skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work rotational or night shifts.
Ability to work from the office.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + incentives
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
