Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees and stores.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues.
Manage computers, printers, CCTV, POS, and other IT equipment.
Install and maintain software and required applications.
Coordinate with vendors for technical repairs and support.
Maintain records of IT assets and technical issues.
Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems across Chaigram outlets and HO.
Provide timely support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
