Position: Collection Executive
Department: Accounts / Collection
Location: Salem
Experience: 1–2 Years preferred

Key Responsibilities
Follow up with customers through telephone calls and voice communication for payment collections.
Maintain regular follow-up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
Handle customer queries related to payments and outstanding balances professionally.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for payment confirmation and reconciliation.
Maintain daily collection and follow-up records.
Prepare and submit daily collection reports to the reporting manager.
Ensure timely collection as per company targets and guidelines.
Maintain proper customer records and payment details.

Qualification
Any Graduate, preferably B.Com / BBA / M.Com or equivalent.
Basic Accounts knowledge is mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
