Field Marketing
Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Promote the company’s products and services through direct customer interaction.
Generate leads through field visits, referrals, local marketing activities, events, and networking.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights with the management team.
Maintain records of field activities, leads, customer visits, and campaign results.
Sales
Contact prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and offers.
Follow up with leads through calls, visits, and meetings.
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and recent customers.
Negotiate with customers and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular sales reports.
Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling, and cross-selling.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
Good customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valuable knowledge of the local market.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and field activities.
Qualification & Experience
Any graduate degree or equivalent qualification.
Freshers can apply.
1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, business development, or a related role will be an advantage.
Valid driving licence may be preferred depending on the job requirements.
