About the Role

We are looking for a confident and caring Customer Support Executive to join our Ayurvedic Hospital team.

Your role will be to connect with patients, handle enquiries, explain Ayurveda & Panchakarma services, book appointments, and follow up with patients to provide a smooth healthcare experience.

What You’ll Do
Handle inbound & outbound patient calls
Answer enquiries and provide information about Ayurveda & Panchakarma
Support patient counselling and appointment booking
Follow up with patients and enquiries
Build strong patient relationships and provide excellent customer care
Maintain basic calling and follow-up records

Who Can Apply?
Valuable Hindi & English communication skills
Confident and polite on calls
Patient,



empathetic, and good at convincing people
Experience in healthcare tele calling, hospital customer care, patient counselling, or appointment booking is preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply
