Junior Medical Scribe – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Medical Scribe with 2–3 years of live medical scribing experience to support healthcare providers with accurate real-time clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Document patient encounters in real time.
Prepare and update accurate patient charts.
Maintain clinical documentation quality.
Follow healthcare privacy and confidentiality standards.
Complete documentation within required timelines.
Coordinate effectively with assigned providers.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
2–3 years of live medical scribing experience.
Robust medical terminology and English communication skills.
Valuable typing speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems preferred.
