The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of accounting principles, robust Excel & Tally skills, and a disciplined approach to documentation and coordination.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & Data EntryPurchase data entry and client/vendor transaction recordingSale bill creation and e-way bill generationP.I. (Proforma Invoice) preparationService bill creation and payment follow-upExport invoice preparation and documentationPayment sheet preparation and payment planningDebit note & credit note creation and maintenanceERP & Report ManagementVendor entry and transaction logging in ERPMonthly sales and purchase reports preparationMaintain monthly sales register and submit reports via email to managementHandle and update Excel and Tally data sheetsManage inventory through software systemsOversee ERP operations and updatesDocument & Office AdministrationStamp and organize billsManage all physical and digital filesMaintain purchase register, dispatch machine list, and client listsHandle courier dispatches and documentationLeave management for staffFactory-level coordination and support tasksHandle petty cash and related recordsBank & CommunicationCheque deposits and other bank-related tasksClient communication via email for invoicing and coordinationRegular follow-ups with clients for payments and documentationCandidate Profile:Graduate in Commerce / BBA / B.Com 1–3 years of experience in accounting or admin roles preferredProficient in Tally, MS Excel, and basic ERP systemsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailGood communication skills (especially email)Ability to multitask and manage routine operational work efficientlyWhy Join Us?Prospect to work in a core manufacturing environmentExposure to exports, ERP systems, and practical accountsStable, growth-oriented role with full operational involvement
