Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to improve incident response processes and enhance system stability.
Mentor junior team members to develop their problem-solving and technical skills.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system updates.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple incidents simultaneously under pressure.
Experience with monitoring tools and incident tracking systems to ensure timely resolution.
Capability to document incidents and solutions clearly for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Incident Management.
