Job description:

Location: Tiruppur
Manage and monitor daily e-commerce backend operations across multiple platforms
Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, logistics teams, and internal departments for order fulfilment
Track pending orders and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
Handle and respond to vendor/platform escalations and follow up until closure.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports related to orders, sales, inventory, and operational performance.
Ensure all backend activities are completed within the agreed SLA/TAT.
Maintain proper records and documentation of operational activities.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to improve operational efficiency
