Digital Marketing Specialist (3+ Years Experience)

Are you passionate about digital marketing and performance-driven campaigns? We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team and help drive brand visibility, lead generation, and ROI-focused marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage SEO, PPC, Email Marketing, and Social Media campaigns
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
Perform keyword research and optimize website content to improve search rankings
Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and ad dashboards
Manage and grow social media platforms to increase brand awareness and website traffic
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve customer retention
Coordinate with design, development, and content teams for campaign execution
Track campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports
Support lead generation through organic marketing strategies and SEO

Requirements
3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing
Solid understanding of SEO principles and best practices
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics,



SEMrush (or similar tools), Mailchimp (or similar platforms), and Hootsuite (or similar tools)
Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns and tracking ROI
Familiarity with content creation tools like Canva and AI tools like ChatGPT is a plus
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Team leadership experience will be an added advantage

Work Location
