Job Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day sales activities and customer enquiries through online and offline channels.
Manage e-commerce platforms, product listings, pricing, stock availability, and order processing.
Respond to customer queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
Coordinate with customers from enquiry to order confirmation, payment, dispatch, and delivery.
Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Upload and update product images, descriptions, specifications, prices, and offers.
Monitor online orders, cancellations, returns, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with the warehouse and dispatch team to ensure timely order processing.
Maintain sales and e-commerce records and prepare regular reports.




Support promotional activities and improve online product visibility and sales.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.

Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Ability to coordinate with customers and internal teams.
Previous experience in sales/e-commerce will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
