Workshop Manager – Job Description
Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day workshop operations.
Supervise technicians and workshop staff.
Handle vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance.
Ensure timely delivery and quality of work.
Manage workshop inventory and reduce wastage.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Maintain safety and quality standards.
Skills Required:
Workshop & team management
Automobile servicing and repair knowledge
Customer handling
Valuable communication and leadership skills
Preferred: Candidates with Tata Motors workshop experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
