CA Role in a Stock Market / Broking Company

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Stock Broking / Financial Services

Key Responsibilities:
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliance.
Prepare and review financial statements, MIS and management reports.
Handle audits, tax audits and statutory requirements.
Prepare cash flow, working capital, CMA and projected financials.
Monitor accounts, reconciliations and financial controls.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, exchanges and regulatory authorities.
Handle exchange/regulatory queries related to finance and accounts.
Knowledge of stock market/broking operations, SEBI and exchange regulations preferred.
Support management in financial planning, budgeting and business analysis.

Experience: 3–8 years
Qualification: CA Qualified
Preferred: Experience in stock broking, NBFC, financial services or listed companies.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
