Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day industrial civil construction activities at site.
Manage and coordinate contractors, labour, and subcontractors.
Ensure work is executed as per approved structural/architectural drawings and specifications.
Monitor RCC, foundations, flooring, masonry, structural and other industrial civil works.
Check quality, workmanship, dimensions, levels, and line/plumb.
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and project management teams.
Maintain daily progress reports, material records, and site measurements.
Ensure safety practices and proper housekeeping at site.
Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Monitor work progress as per project schedule.

Candidate Requirements
ITI / Diploma / B.E. Civil preferred.




4–8 years of relevant experience in industrial civil construction.
Candidates must have industrial project/site experience.
Positive knowledge of RCC, foundations, flooring, structural works and general industrial construction.
Ability to independently supervise site activities and manpower.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Candidates from Ahmedabd, Gujarat will be preferred.
Willingness to work at industrial project sites in Gujarat.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
