Position: Operations Associate
Location: Baroda, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities (JD):
Offer preparation
Offer upload and documentation
WIP (Work in Progress) preparation and tracking
Portal handling for various customers
Coordination and data accuracy in operational tasks
Requirements:
Robust computer knowledge (Excel, email, portals)
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and time management
Prior operations / backend experience preferred (not mandatory)
