Role & responsibilities

we are looking for the candidates who are proficient in valimail

Preferred candidate profile

Email Security Implementaion , Email Security Operation , Microsoft email security
Monitor dashboards (e.g. Check Valimail for authentication success/failure rates)
Review DMARC aggregate reports (e.g Identify unauthorized senders or misconfigured services)
Investigate alerts (e.g. Respond to suspicious activity flagged by Valimail)
Review domain portfolio: tasks required but not limited to
Confirm all company domains are covered in Valimail. Ensure domains remain in correct DMARC policy mode (monitor, quarantine, reject).
Ensure recent domains or acquisitions are quickly integrated.
Review / Update DNS records - tasks required but not limited to
Update SPF/DKIM/DMARC entries when current services/vendors are added.
Review SPF/DKIM/DMARC entries for existing onboarded domains.
Review / Rotate DKIM keys - tasks required but not limited to
Maintain cryptographic hygiene by refreshing keys periodically.
Manage DKIM keys rotation with domain / application owner
