Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
Assist customers with product information, orders, delivery, returns, and exchanges.
Follow up on pending queries and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and other teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints.
Handle difficult customers professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with the concerned team.
Maintain valuable customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
