Job Summary

The Business Head – Group of Schools will oversee a zone comprising 4–15 schools, with responsibility for P&L;, operations, sales and academics. The role requires robust business acumen, operational expertise, leadership capability and experience managing large teams. Prior school-operations experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
Own P&L; for a zone of 4–15 schools and ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
Oversee day-to-day school operations, efficiency, compliance and service delivery.
Lead, mentor and manage large cross-functional teams across operations, sales and academics.
Develop strategies to achieve student enrollment and retention targets.
Ensure high academic standards and continuous improvement.
Monitor operational,



financial and academic KPIs across the zone.
Work with HR, Finance, Marketing and Curriculum teams to implement policies/processes.
Manage relationships with parents, community leaders and local authorities.
Conduct regular reviews and audits for compliance.
Drive initiatives improving the student and parent experience.

Key Requirements
MBA from a top-tier institute
Proven experience managing large educational operations, preferably multiple schools/branches
Robust leadership and experience managing large, diverse teams
Robust understanding of:
School operations
Sales management
Academic processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Data-driven decision making
Continuous improvement mindset

Preferred
Prior K-12 school operations
P&L; and revenue-growth experience
Experience with large educational chains/networks
