We are looking for a Data-Driven Supply Chain Operations Specialist with deep expertise in retail demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and automated replenishment. In this role, you will leverage statistical modeling techniques to build accurate forecasting models, eliminate stock-outs, and streamline end-to-end retail supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Forecasting: Build, validate, and deploy time-series forecasting models using ARIMA, SARIMA, and Prophet to predict SKU-level demand across retail locations.
Inventory Optimization: Design and implement inventory policies to optimize safety stock, order quantities,
and reorder points while balancing service levels and holding costs.
Replenishment Strategy: Automate store and distribution center (DC) replenishment processes based on energetic lead times, seasonality, and promotional trends.
Supply Chain Analytics: Identify operational bottlenecks, track key performance indicators (OTIF, inventory turn rate, forecast accuracy/MAPE), and translate complex data into actionable supply chain insights.
