Key Responsibilities
Assist designers with collection development, mood boards, and design concepts.
Conduct research on fashion trends, fabrics, colours, silhouettes, prints, and market trends.
Assist in creating and updating technical sketches, design sheets, and product details.
Support the team during sampling, fittings, and product development.
Coordinate with vendors and sampling teams for design-related requirements.
Assist with fabric, trim, embellishment, and garment sourcing.
Help maintain design samples, swatches, references, and product records.
Make design revisions based on feedback from senior designers.
Assist in preparing presentations and design references for internal reviews.
Stay updated on current fashion and consumer trends.

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
Well-versed in both menswear and womenswear, with a valuable understanding of their silhouettes, styling, construction, and current trends.
Basic knowledge of fashion illustration, garment construction, fabrics,



and silhouettes.
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or similar design software is preferred.
Positive understanding of colours, proportions, styling, and fashion aesthetics.
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
A portfolio or college design projects showcasing creativity and design skills is preferred.
