Role & responsibilities
working drawings and GFC drawings, preparing architectural plans, sections, elevations.
Revise drawings as per design changes, site conditions and consultant inputs.
Coordinate drawings with architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.
Identify and resolve drawing discrepancies and maintain proper drawing records.
Ensure accuracy, drawing standards and timely completion of work.
Coordinate with site teams and understand practical site execution requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/certification in drafting or related field.
3 to 8 years of relevant architectural working drawings drafting experience.
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is an added advantage.
Valuable knowledge of architectural drawings, working drawings, GFC drawings, detailing, construction methods and GFC documentation.
Familiarity with building by-laws, DCPR/UDCPR development regulations and applicable codes.
Proven experience in preparing working drawings, detailed drawings and coordination drawings.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
