Role & Purpose:

Go into the local HNI ecosystem (family offices, private bankers, luxury car dealers, golf/club members, premium housing societies, concierge networks) and personally pitch TrippyBid, demonstrate real savings on 5-star domestic and international stays, and convert them to active app users and referrers.

Core Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Build a weekly list of 20–30 HNI leads via referrals, LinkedIn, club directories, and partner intros.
In-Person Pitch: Deliver a 3-minute, insight-led pitch focused on time saved, price-drop protection, and discretion.
Live Demo: Show the TrippyBid app flow: search → book → auto rebooking when prices fall → one-tap Switch & Save → pay at cancellation deadline.
Savings Proof: Present 2–3 real examples (same hotel, same room, same dates) with rupee savings and % drop; share a one-page case snapshot.
Onboarding: Help them install the app, set travel preferences, enable price-drop alerts, and book a trial stay (domestic or international).
Referral Loop:



Ask for 2–3 warm intros (family office advisor, travel concierge, corporate travel head) and log them in CRM.
Reporting: Weekly pipeline (leads → meetings → demos → installs → first booking), objections heard, and content needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Final-year or fresher MBA / luxury hospitality / sales intern with solid communication and grooming.
Comfortable speaking with HNI/UHNI, advisors, and gatekeepers; understands discretion and premium service language.
Local network or ability to access luxury clubs, premium societies, and wealth-management events.

KPIs (90 Days):
50+ HNI meetings, 40+ app installs, 15+ first bookings, 10+ referrals.
Average demonstrated savings per booking: ₹15,000–₹1,20,000+ depending on stay length and market.

Compensation Model:
Stipend + performance bonus per activated HNI user and per first booking; accelerators for referrals that convert.
