About Us:

Smart Pg Electrical Private Limited is an electrical equipment manufacturing and trading firm based in Mangolpuri, Delhi.

We are hiring a motivated Inside Sales & B2B Lead Executive to manage incoming digital leads and lead our government e-Marketplace (GeM) operations.

Key Responsibilities:
B2B & Social Lead Handling: Respond to, qualify, and convert inquiries received from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and website forms.
GeM Portal Operations: Manage product listings, catalog creation, tender participation, direct purchase/L1 execution, and reverse auction bidding.
Proposals & Follow-ups: Draft accurate quotations, send proposals, and follow up regularly with potential clients to close deals.
Coordination & Tracking: Work closely with sales, warehouse,



and dispatch teams for order fulfillment and delivery updates.
Record Keeping: Maintain regular lead reports and client follow-up databases.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales, handling IndiaMART inquiries, or managing GeM portal operations.
Skills: Basic English proficiency, quotation preparation, sales negotiation, and basic MS Excel skills.
Candidates residing within 10 km of Mangolpuri, Delhi are preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Experience:
GeM Portal or B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
