Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced BIM Architect to lead architectural BIM projects, manage BIM deliverables, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Revit Architecture, BIM coordination, architectural design, model management, and project delivery, along with the ability to lead and mentor BIM teams.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, manage, and review detailed Revit architectural models and project deliverables.
Lead BIM coordination between Architecture, Structure, MEP, and other disciplines.
Review models, drawings, families, and documentation for accuracy and quality.
Conduct clash detection and coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
Establish and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and modelling guidelines.
Ensure projects comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project standards, and client requirements.
Manage BIM deliverables, project schedules, and team workloads.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
Identify and resolve BIM coordination and modelling issues.
Support the development and implementation of BIM workflows and best practices.
Lead BIM meetings and coordination sessions when required.




Mentor and provide technical guidance to BIM architects, modellers, and junior team members.
Monitor team performance, model quality, and project deadlines.
Assist with BIM implementation, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Technical Skills
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit Architecture.
Solid knowledge of Navisworks Manage and BIM coordination.
Excellent understanding of architectural modelling and documentation.
Solid knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and model management.
Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud.
Knowledge of Revit families, templates, worksharing, and model coordination.
Understanding of multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and other architectural design tools.
Knowledge of BIM automation tools such as Dynamo is an advantage.
