About the Job:
This is a Talent Acquisition Executive role at DDII, responsible for recruiting frontline fundraising staff for NGO campaigns, mainly supporting Greenpeace India.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, colleges, job fairs and other channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate calls/interactions.
Assess candidates based on communication, experience and suitability for the role.
Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate the interview process.
Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks for selected candidates.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring.
Maintain recruitment data, trackers and provide regular hiring reports.
Review sourcing effectiveness and identify current recruitment prospects.
