Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Support Integration Engineer with 8+ years of experience in enterprise application support and system integration. The role will involve supporting critical applications for a government client and resolving production and integration issues.

Key Missions
Provide L2/L3 support for enterprise Java applications in a production workplace.
Troubleshoot application, integration, database, and performance-related issues.
Support applications deployed on JBoss Application Server.
Work with Oracle databases and SQL for issue analysis and troubleshooting.
Troubleshoot REST APIs, SOAP/Web Services, JSON/XML, and HTTP/HTTPS integrations.
Perform API testing using Postman/SoapUI.
Analyse JVM performance, memory utilisation, thread issues and application-server logs.
Troubleshoot application-server connectivity with databases and external systems.
Analyse database connectivity, sessions, locks and performance-related issues.
Analyze logs, identify root causes, and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other technical teams for issue resolution.




Support deployments, releases, and production changes as required.
Willingness to provide 24 7/on-call support when required
Solid ownership of production incidents
