Role & Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Identify and connect with restaurant owners, caf owners, cloud kitchen operators, and F&B; businesses.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable restaurant consulting and business growth services.
Conduct sales calls, meetings, and presentations with prospective clients.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Prepare quotations/proposals and coordinate with the internal team for client requirements.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant owners and business decision-makers.
Maintain lead, follow-up, and sales records using Google Sheets/CRM.
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle: Lead Generation Qualification Follow-up Conversion Client Handover.

Preferred Candidate Profile
14 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales or Client Acquisition.
Experience in Restaurant, F&B;, Hospitality, Digital Marketing, Consulting,



or other B2B service industries will be preferred.
Robust communication and convincing skills.
Positive Hindi and English communication.
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound sales.
Strong negotiation, follow-up, and closing skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable communicating directly with business owners and decision-makers.
Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM.
Candidates with proven sales achievements or an existing B2B client network will be an advantage.
