Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and developing RPA and automation solutions, with a preference for SQL knowledge.
• Certification and proven expertise in using RPA tools especially UI Path and its positive to have Automation Anywhere and Power Automate experience.
• Continuously self-educates on the latest in automation and related fields.
• Robust problem-solving skills and knowledge of multiple computing languages.
• Experienced with both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent at building and maintaining productive and long-lasting stakeholder relationships, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to achieve goals, independently resolves issues, and recognizes when and whom to escalate matters.
• Demonstrates effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and make well-founded recommendations.
• Self-motivated and driven, able to work autonomously or collaboratively with solid organizational skills.
