Role Summary - Seeking a business-focused HRBP to partner with plant/business leadership and drive people strategies aligned with business objectives. The role will focus on building organizational capability, Talent Acquisition, talent development, performance culture and employee engagement.

Role & responsibilities :
Partner with business leaders on HR strategy, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
Drive Talent Management, Succession Planning and Career Development.
Lead Performance Management, L&D; and competency development initiatives.
Drive Employee Engagement, retention, culture and employee experience.
Support Organization Development, change management and HR transformation.
Provide HR analytics and insights to support business and people decisions.
Handle employee relations and resolve people-related issues in partnership with business leaders.

Preferred candidate profile
MBA/PGDM HR or equivalent with 8 - 12 years of HR experience, preferably in Automotive/Auto Components/Manufacturing.
Solid exposure to HRBP, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, PMS, L&D;, Engagement and OD. Excellent communication, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
