Job Responsibilities
Manage recruitment.
Coordinate employee engagement, training, and other HR initiatives.
Handle employee queries and support smooth employee relations.
Monitor and manage sales team performance, including attendance, field visits, daily/weekly reports, targets, and performance tracking.




Prepare regular sales performance reports and highlight gaps or areas requiring improvement.
Follow up with the sales team regarding their field visit plans, customer appointments, and reporting.

Requirements
Master's degree in HR, or a related field.
Good knowledge of Advance MS Excel.
Solid communication and coordination skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
