Work Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 6.30 AM to 3.30 PM

This role requires high level of attention to detail, taking responsibility for multiple actions and activities within tight deadlines. This role requires the incumbent to maintain strict confidentiality regarding the process.
Team player with a positive attitude, solid verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Should possess solid stakeholder skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
Can work under pressure and adaptable to change.
Demonstrates integrity and is capable to identify quality issues and suggest controls.
Able to exercise own initiative, be proactive and able to recommend appropriate solutions to problems.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelors or Post Graduate degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience preferably in HR Shared Services setting.

Preferred :
Technical – Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or other similar HRIS
ServiceNow Ticketing tool.
