Role Overview & Background

We are seeking an energetic Sales Manager - Hub Hotel Sales to drive regional and hub-level hotel sales execution. The ideal candidate will possess deep operational knowledge and experience across Hotel Sales, Corporate Sales, Local Travel Agents, Crew Movement, Airline business, and Hospitality contracting.

Key Responsibilities

Drive property-level and hub-level sales performance, hitting occupancy and revenue milestones across a target portfolio of 18–25 accounts.

Build, nurture, and expand relationships with local travel agents, corporate accounts, and airline/crew movement partners.

Execute tactical hospitality contracting and localized sales campaigns to maximize regional yield.
