Monitor and operate WTP, ETP, RO, and UF systems to ensure they meet specified design parameters and water quality standards.
Control and adjust chemical dosing, flow rates, and pressure levels based on raw water and effluent characteristics.
Conduct routine water sampling and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, TDS, COD, BOD, TSS, hardness) to track plant performance.
Maintain accurate daily logs, operational checklists, consumption reports (chemicals, power, water), and compliance documentation.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting
Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, membranes, and dosing systems.
Execute regular backwashing, Flushing, and Chemical Cleaning (CIP) of RO and UF membranes to prevent fouling and degradation.
Identify operational bottlenecks, equipment malfunctions, or water quality deviations and implement immediate corrective actions.
Coordinate with external vendors and the engineering team for major breakdowns or specialized equipment servicing.
