Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and developing RPA and automation solutions, with a preference for SQL knowledge.
Certification and proven expertise in using RPA tools especially UI Path and its positive to have Automation Anywhere and Power Automate experience.
Continuously self-educates on the latest in automation and related fields.
Robust problem-solving skills and knowledge of multiple computing languages.
Experienced with both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Capable of managing tight deadlines and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
Excellent at building and maintaining productive and long-lasting stakeholder relationships, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Relies on experience and judgment to achieve goals, independently resolves issues, and recognizes when and whom to escalate matters.
Demonstrates effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and make well-founded recommendations.
Self-motivated and driven, able to work autonomously or collaboratively with robust organizational skills.
