Role & responsibilities
Drive store sales, revenue, profitability, and achievement of monthly targets.
Manage and motivate the store team to deliver strong individual and store performance.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.
Manage daily store operations including opening/closing, billing, inventory, housekeeping, and compliance.
Monitor sales performance, conversion, average transaction value, and other key store KPIs.
Ensure effective inventory management, stock accuracy, and timely replenishment.
Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure adherence to Titan Eye+ SOPs, visual merchandising, service standards, and operational processes.
Coordinate with the optometrist and sales team to ensure smooth customer handling and productive store functioning.
Analyse store performance and implement initiatives to improve sales and customer conversion.
Ensure proper training, grooming, discipline,



and performance management of store employees.
Maintain strong standards of hygiene, security, safety, and overall store presentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Retail or Sales will be an advantage.
3 to 6 years of experience in retail store management, preferably in optical, fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, consumer durables, or other premium retail.
Robust track record of achieving sales and business targets.
Excellent team management, leadership, and customer-handling skills.
Robust understanding of retail KPIs and store operations.
Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working with POS, inventory, and retail management systems.
Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced retail setting.
Strong ownership, accountability, and commercial acumen.
