Job Responsibilities:
Visit construction sites and identify potential elevator/escalator requirements.
Meet with builders, contractors, architects, and dealers to generate leads.
Collect project details and customer requirements.
Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and update lead information.
Achieve assigned lead-generation targets.
Key Skills:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Field sales / lead generation experience
Customer handling skills
Willingness to travel and visit construction sites
Basic knowledge of construction/real estate industry preferred
