Role & responsibilities:- Manage and nurture relationships with leads and existing clients to ensure excellent customer service. Follow up with potential buyers to assist in property selection and guide them through the buying process. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. Track customer interactions and update CRM software with relevant notes, follow-ups, and next steps. Coordinate site visits, property tours, and meetings between clients and sales executives. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on lead generation, nurturing campaigns, and promotions.
