Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, and organizational requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Negotiate salaries and manage offer discussions with selected candidates.
Ensure smooth joining and onboarding coordination.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Meet recruitment targets, timelines, and hiring SLAs.
Prepare recruitment reports and provide regular updates on hiring status.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
