Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager (CA Inter) to manage financial operations, cash flow planning, and compliance for our organization. The ideal candidate should have solid analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial management & having robust experience in Real Estate industry is mandatory

Preferred candidate profile
Ensure timely statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analysis
Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
Assist management in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
Prepare and monitor cash flow statements, fund flow, and liquidity planning
Manage day-to-day accounting operations including ledger scrutiny, journal entries, billing, accounts receivable, payables, inventory control, bank reconciliations and finalization of accounts
Maintain proper documentation and internal controls
