Roles and Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets for industrial automation products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on current technologies and trends.
Provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and presenting customized proposals.
Analyze customer feedback to enhance sales performance and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell industrial automation products.
Build robust relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations.

Job Requirements :
Solid knowledge of industrial automation technologies, including PLCs, SCADA systems, and sensors.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in technical sales, marketing, and sales engineering is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong problem-solving skills to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
