Role & responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Biology lessons for middle and secondary school students.
Explain concepts using practical examples, activities, experiments, and visual learning methods.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, assessments, and teaching resources.
Conduct laboratory activities and ensure students follow proper safety procedures.
Assess students' academic progress through tests, assignments, projects, and class participation.
Identify students who need additional academic support and provide appropriate guidance.
Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom setting.
Encourage students to ask questions, think critically, and develop scientific curiosity.
Participate in school events, exhibitions, projects, and academic activities.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding students' academic progress and development.




Maintain student records and complete academic documentation as required.
Collaborate with other teachers and coordinators to ensure effective curriculum delivery.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Biology / Zoology / Botany / Life Sciences or a relevant field.
B.Ed. is mandatory/preferred, depending on the school's requirements.
25 years of relevant teaching experience.
Robust knowledge of Biology concepts and curriculum.
Experience teaching CBSE or a similar curriculum will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good classroom management and student-handling abilities.
Passion for teaching and willingness to use cutting-edge teaching methodologies
