We are looking for a Manager Technical Training & Skill Transformation to develop and implement technical training programs for dealership technicians, fleet mechanics, and field service teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop technical training programs for EV service teams.
Design training modules covering EV safety, diagnostics, wiring, battery maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Train technicians on high-voltage safety and Lock-Out/Tag-Out (LOTO) procedures.
Develop certification and skill assessment frameworks.
Maintain a certification matrix for regional technicians and workshop teams.
Conduct classroom, practical, and hands-on technical training.
Develop digital learning content, video modules, and virtual training programs.
Assess technician skill levels and identify training gaps.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with EV safety and tool-handling procedures.
Coordinate with service and technical teams to continuously improve training content.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Degree/Diploma in Automobile, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering.
46 years of experience in automotive technical training.
Robust knowledge of EV powertrains and electrical troubleshooting.
Experience in dealership/workshop training preferred.
Solid presentation and training skills.
