We are looking for a motivated Pega Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, extraction, and implementation of business process management (BPM) applications using the Pega platform.

The ideal candidate should have a valid Pega certification (PCSA/PCSSA/PCLSA), hands-on exposure to Pega versions below 8.8, and foundational knowledge of Java and SQL.

Role & responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop Pega applications based on business requirements.
Develop and maintain Case Types, workflows, stages, and process flows.
Create and manage Pega rules, including UI, decision, data, and integration rules.
Work with class structures, data models, and rulesets.
Develop and configure Data Pages and Data Transforms.
Work on SOAP/REST integrations and troubleshoot integration issues.
Debug and resolve application issues using Pega Tracer, Clipboard, and other diagnostic tools.
Participate in unit testing, code reviews, and deployment activities.




Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA teams, and senior architects.
Maintain technical documentation and process flow documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
01 year of experience in Pega development.
Pega certification such as PCSA / PCSSA / PCLSA.
Hands-on exposure to Pega versions below 8.8.
Positive understanding of Pega BPM and Case Management.
Knowledge of Pega Rules, Rulesets, Class Structure, and Data Model.
Basic knowledge of Java and SQL.
Familiarity with SOAP/REST integrations is preferred.
Exposure to Pega App Studio and Dev Studio is an advantage.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred.
Basic knowledge of Git and JIRA.
Positive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Eligible pass-out years: 2022–2025.
