Recruit healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Medical Assistants, Therapists, Allied Health professionals, and other healthcare staff.
Source qualified healthcare specialists through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and recruiting techniques.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Ability to screen resumes and identify qualified candidates.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple job openings and candidates simultaneously.
Comfortable working with recruitment tools, job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS platforms.
Target-oriented with a robust sense of urgency.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
