Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from Wealth Management, Investment Advisory, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams.

Prepare BRDs, FSDs, User Stories, Process Flows, Use Cases, and Gap Analysis.

Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.

Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

Support Solution Design, Integration, SIT, UAT, Deployment, and Post-Go-Live activities.

Perform impact assessments for investment products, regulatory changes, and digital wealth initiatives.

Coordinate with vendors, custodians, market data providers, and technology partners.

Drive automation and digital transformation initiatives across wealth management platforms.

Required Skills





Robust Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering experience.

BRD / FSD / User Story preparation.

Wealth Management process and workflow expertise.

Knowledge of Portfolio Management, Investment Advisory, Customer Onboarding, Order Management &

Trade Lifecycle.

Understanding of Portfolio Valuation & Performance

Reporting, Custody & Settlement.

API, integration, SQL, data analysis, and reporting knowledge.

Experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.

Robust experience in SIT, UAT, and production rollout.
