Job Summary

This role is responsible for protected and reliable maintenance of elevator and escalator units within assigned routes and ensuring customer centricity and delight.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 2 to 8 years experience in elevator industry

Responsibilities
Adherence to EHS guidelines at all times. Will be responsible for adhering safety norms for equipment and end user safety.
Will be responsible for maintenance of the units, trouble shooting, code maintenance Customer Service for assigned units.
Ensure zero callbacks through periodic scheduled maintenance of the units.
Respond promptly to breakdowns with a focus on achieving first-time fix.
Ensure continuous and reliable equipment operation.
Will be responsible for Generating T leads and closing T Orders on time.
Timely and Transparent communication with customers.




Build solid customer relationships during site visits.

Qualifications
Diploma Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in elevator maintenance with hands-on exposure to technical troubleshooting, repairs, and safety protocols
